A concerned father of three children burdened by false allegations of domestic violence turned to Mr. Caulder for help. The children's mother tried to use the false domestic violence allegations as leverage against the father. Mr. Caulder presented evidence to the court refuting the allegations of domestic violence and showing that the mother did not have stable housing, employment, or financial means to care for the children while the father had the means of properly caring for the children. Based on the evidence presented at trial, the court awarded primary custody of all three children to the father and only allowed daytime visitation for the mother.
