Mr. Caulder represented the child's paternal grandmother in a complex case where the child's mother was suffering from substance abuse issues and the father also struggled with drug addiction and had an anger management problem. Mr. Caulder was able to get emergency custody for the grandmother and then after a custody trial, the judge gave Mr. Caulder's client, the child's grandmother, primary custody of the child. The Mother was awarded supervised visitation and the court refused to allow the father any visitation with the child until he could show the court that he had resolved his addiction and anger management issues.
