He always made sure to get right back to us
I cannot say enough good things about Caulder and Valentine. We are from out of state and hired Mr. Caulder to help assist us in a custody case in North Carolina. From the very first phone call, we felt his compassion and that he truly wanted to help us. As most custody cases go, it was timely, but he was there every step of the way. If he was in court or with another client, he always made sure to get right back to us. We thought being in another state would make this process extremely difficult, but Mr. Caulder was so responsive and thorough. He made sure to explain every process and give his honest feed back about whether he felt certain steps were necessary or would be cost effective. He is a kind and compassionate man that cares about helping others, but is no pushover and gets the job done. His staff is AMAZING as well! They all went above and beyond to get us the results we wanted. We can't thank them enough!
